Normal Diet - All main course dishes are suitable for a normal diet. You have the full range of carefully prepared recipes from which to choose.
All of our meals are suitable for diabetics, in accordance with the Canadian Diabetes Associations new meal planning guide. This guide is based on the current, scientific evidence using new medication and methods of managing diabetes, and reflects current thinking on heart health, glycemic index and carbohydrate counting.
Low Fat - Meals contain less then 12 g of fat per portion and soups and desserts contain less then 3 g of fat per portion.
Low Sodium - Meals contain less then 560mg of sodium per portion and soups and desserts contain less then 140mg of sodium per portion.
Gluten Free - Meals prepared without gluten wheat, rye, barley and oats.
Vegetarian - These meals are free from meat / meat derivatives and fish / fish derivatives.
Minced - Meals with a finely chopped texture that requires minimal chewing.
Puree - Meals with a consistent, smooth texture and particle size of less than 1 millimeter to promote safe swallowing.
