- Alzheimer Society Canada - A not-for-profit Canadian health organization that provides a network of services to help Canadians affected by Alzheimer disease, including opportunities to participate in clinical research studies.

Murray (MAREP) - An information and communication link between researchers and practitioners to support a research and education initiative that would enable optimal care of persons with Alzheimer disease or related dementia.

- Canadian Association of Retired Persons (CARP) - CARP is Canada's largest advocacy group for people 50+. CARP's mission is to provide information, services and products of interest to this growing segment of the population.
- Canadian Cancer Society - Includes information about cancer - warning signs, detection and treatment, research and results. Also provides links to local societies, how to donate and volunteer.
- Canadian Caregiver Coalition -This bilingual alliance is composed of individuals, groups and organizations. Their mission is to influence policy and promote the needs of caregivers across the country.
- Canadian Diabetes Society (CDA) - The on-line resource for people with and affected by diabetes and for health care professionals treating those afffected by the disorder. The CDA, with 170 branches, is the largest non-governmental supporter of diabetes research, education and advocacy.
- Canadian Home Care Association - The Canadian Home Care Association is a national not-for-profit membership organization representing over 600 home care stakeholders across Canada.
- Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Assocation - Bilingual resource offers information for those caregiving in a palliative care situation.

- Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada - Dedicated to further the study of prevention and reduction of disability and death from heart disease and stroke - the number one cause of death for women - through research, education and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.

- Lifeline Personal Support and Response Systems - Lifeline is an easy to use Personal Response Service available through CHATS that allows individuals to lead independent and active lives at home.

- Ontario Community Support Association - An umbrella organization representing the not-for-profit community agencies that provide support services for people who need help to function independently because of a disability, illness or limitations due to aging. - Parkinson Society Canada - A not-for-profit national, charitable organization whose chief mission is to find the cause and cure for Parkinson's Disease.
- Province of Ontario: Office of the Minister Responsible for Seniors - Provides access to information of interest to seniors, families and their caregivers.
- Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto (affiliated with the University of Toronto) - An academically-focused alliance of providers of specialized geriatric services, leading the way in service, teaching, reseach and advocacy. The program promotes and provides a comprehensive system of care for frail seniors, including information for consumers, professionals and educational resources.
- Regional Municipality of York – Long term Care and Seniors provide services to promote the health, well-being and independence of individuals who can no longer live independently. Special emphasis is placed on serving individuals with heavy, complex physical, cognitive and/or psychiatric care requirements. Short stay/convalescent care is also available.

- Untied Way of York Region – CHATS is a United Way of York Region Member Agency. United Way is the largest source of non-profit, non-governmental funding for human care services in York Region. UWYR funds over 100 critical programs throughout York Region. We help support 37 member agencies.
